Can I re-order a product that is now out of stock on ALL WHO WONDER?

If an item on the site is showing out of stock, we will do our best to order it in if requested. Delivery time frames will be clearly communicated (and can be quite long as any of our products come in from France), so we will not process the payment until we can confirm the item is ready for dispatch.

Pre-orders can be made when certain items are out of stock but are on order and already on their way from France. These items will be marked *PRE-ORDER*.  Scheduled delivery dates are indicated in the product descriptions. If, for any reason, the products are not delivered in the time frame indicated, you can opt to have your purchase refunded if necessary.

Can I make a purchase online, but come and collect the goods from the showroom?

Most definitely. Just select in-store pick up (even though it is actually a showroom!) when you are processing your sale through the check out. In the notes let us know when we can expect you and we will have your goods ready to be collected. We look forward to meeting you in person.

If you come to the showroom to pick up your order after you have paid for your postage online, we are unable to refund you for the delivery costs.

My purchase is a gift, do you gift wrap?

Of course we can! At All Who Wonder we love wrapping presents and take great pride in wrapping all our packages beautifully. And we can add a complimentary gift card too! Click here for more information about Gift Wrapping

…and write in the card?

If you would like us to write in a card that you have purchased please write exactly what you would like us to write in the notes in your cart (before checkout).

What if I have purchased multiple gifts?

We are most happy to gift wrap all of your purchases (together or separately), just please give us clear instructions in the checkout notes or contact us directly via email or phone. Unfortunately we are unable to post to multiple locations within a single sale.

What happens to ‘return to sender’ parcels?

Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender'  there is a $9.95 re-posting fee to send it to you again.

When is ALL WHO WONDER open?

We are not open to the public, and only use the showroom for wholesale showings, administration and wrapping online sales!

I received a damaged item. What now?

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please CONTACT US within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days.

Can I lay-by an item with ALL WHO WONDER?

Sorry, we don’t have the facility to organize lay-byes at this point, but we are working on it!
